Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at latik79@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

EU Customers

EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without a given reason under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
